Uttama Villain Music Review

Ghibran is one of the most exciting composers in Tamil cinema, but he hadn’t got all the acclaims like his peers do because of the script he decides to involve. Barring his first movie, ‘Vaagai Sooda vaa’ rest of his efforts went in vain. Though the ardent music lovers are in synch with his masterful compositions, many felt that he needs a ‘star’ to spread his brilliance across all the sections. Kamal has seen the potential in Ghibran, and signed him for three movies back to back. Let’s see what Ghibran did for the Kamal’s ambitious effort in detail.

Love ah Love ah – Kamal, Sharanya Gopinath

The album opens up with a song for the contemporary age. Ghibran makes use of heavy western elements to deliver a blazing song. A good listener might identify a jarring effect throughout the song, but that’s done on purpose. The composer usually dishes, many flavors in the interludes and he doesn’t disappoint here as well. The second interlude is one of the highlights in the song where the drums take the center stage to delight our ears. Kamalhassan as usual played with his words, ex – ‘Perithaana Velaikku.. Pillayar Suzhi Thaan Muththam’.

Kaadhalam Kadavul Mun – Padmalatha

After the humdinger opening, Ghibran shifts down the gears to provide a Hindustan classical. The track boasts a serene prelude and this could well be the song for the 18th century episode. Padmalatha has rendered some gems for Ghibran in the past (Aruvakkaran, Edhedho Ennam Vandhu, Dhaagam Theera) and this one will be the ultimate turning point in her career. Like a swing, she shuttles between the highs and lows of the track beautifully with minimal effort. “Mogathai Sollida Mozhiyum Oru Thadai Aagumo”

Verses like above stamps the versatile nature of Kamal.

Uthaman Arimugam – Kamal

The album goes on to offer the traditional Viilluppattu here, with a track which we have heard already with regards to the art. Kamal throws some sarcastic punch lines (Arasiyalvaadhi Unmai Sonnadhuppol Adhisayam Kanden). Ghibran deviates from the base genre and raises the tempo for a while and takes a mild break to let us guess what will be the rest of the song. The chorus deserves a special mention for elevating the mood of the song/story.

Sagavaram – Kamal

By this time, we get to understand that the album is not the regular run-of-the-mill kind and the protagonist is trying to convey a story in every track. This one starts off with the swords clashing and Kamal starts to plead to a king and explain him why there is nothing worse than being mortal. He aptly conveys the same to us as well (Sagavaram Pol Sogam Undo). The Sofia Symphony offers a never heard experience. The ‘Chenda Melam’, Drum Beats, ‘Kombu’ (Kerala Instrument) treats us big time.

Iranya Nadagam – Kamal

You might have heard this story during your school days, but when it gets transported with Kamal’s vocals the magnitude of the story gets multiplied. The trailer of this movie too carries the glimpses of this track. A truly majestic prelude sets the tone for the track. The instruments let Kamal take the foreground, but it stays in synch with the song. The song does send out invigorating vibes, especially the ‘Mruthyunjaya Ho’ part is terrifically done. The symphony part, which includes the violins, piano, and drums are kept, making their way one by one to deliver an international substance.

Mutharasan Story – Kamal

Version 3.0 of Viilluppattu – Kamal renders this one with the help of a glorious chorus team. Though we just hear the audio, the composer’s effort might create various illusions in front you. This story got all the elements to be a perfect stage play and it will be a treat to watch on the big screen. The WOW factor in this track to see the western instruments played along with the traditional Indian instruments to create a magical fusion.

Uthaman Kadhai – Kamal

One more masterful composition from Ghibran for the final story. An enthralling episode of Symphony strikes again and the composer uses the stop and start once again to create the goosebumps. The chorus part in the teaser has made its presence here for a while and gets merged with the central theme. Sofia Symphony wields one more supreme composition.

Uthama Villain Theme – Instrumental

Ghibran throws the ‘Uttama Villain’ theme at the end to end the OST on a high. The vibrant violins added charm to the already known ‘Baga Baga’ chorus rendering to aggrandize the theme.

Guru Sishyan Theme – Instrumental

Ghibran weaves his magic again to offer a very soothing listen. Those who are deprived of sleep can put this one on loop for a while. An emotional composition is evident all over the sound arrangement.

Father & Daughter

A theme tailored to suit the pathos. It seems that the composer wanted to strictly put his attention none other than the Violin and the visual might do the justification for that strategy.

Uthaman & Karpagavalli

A scintillating melody is what we get to hear after a sad one. The piano + violin sweeps us completely. The theme hits the high point when it required to.

Father & Son

A single section of chorus travelling in three phases to build momentum at the end to accelerate the glorious ‘Mruthyunjaya Ho’.

Letters From/To Yamini

The composer has shown his prowess once again with the string instruments with a brilliant sound arrangements to offer an emotional piece.

Dr. Aparna The album officially comes to an end with one more spellbinding theme, which could have been composed to narrate a story in the movie.

Pick(s) of the album – Kaadhalam Kadavul Mun, Sagavaram, Iraniya Nadagam, Mutharasan Kadhai.

Verdict: With a strong team, Ghibran has shown what he is capable of. A remarkable OST, which will stand tall for years to come.

Rating: 4/5

He became the first Indian actor to get Rs 1 crore as his remuneration for a single film in 1994.

Kamal Haasan wishes Oscar winner Craig Mann

Actor Kamal Haasan has said that 'Uttama Villain' sound designer Kunal Rajan suggested Craig Mann to him for the sound mixing of the film. It is well known that the sound re-recording mixer of Uthama Villain, Craig Mann, was nominated for the Oscar Award for his exemplary work in Whiplash. And as expected by the trade analysts, Mann was awarded the coveted Oscar at the award distribution function held yesterday in the US.

The Uthama Villain team is happy over having such a talent work on their film and are confident that it would give them best results.

Kamal Hassan’s daughters Shruti and Akshara have a bright future !!

As it has been in Bollywood the genes gifted by gifted parents have made celebrities out of quite a few second generation actors in Cinema. We have just seen the debut of Kamal Hassan’s younger daughter Akshara in Shamitabh.

The poor girl got brickbats for not living up to expectations. Akshara revealed her forte for “acting without acting” for the camera which is difficult for most professional actors. Akshara simply wasted it all on an audience which had built up high expectations of “acting” from her.
In recent times in Malayalam Cinema we have seen the emergence of a whole crop of actors who are unbelievably natural in their acting and by a coincidence some of them are offsprings of established cinema personalities. I was impressed and happy when I found out that the splendid, facile actor I was admiring while watching Anjali Menon’s Bangalore Days, a critical and box office success, was super star Mammootty’s son, Dulquer Salmaan.
Salmaan was a perfect match for the incredible acting abilities of Fahadh Faasil, son of reputed director Fazil. Together Salmaan and Fahadh created magic with their unaffected, spontaneous acting. Both should be in Hindi Cinema especially now that the histrionics in mainstream Hindi Cinema is undergoing a welcome change with the emergence of an actor like Nawazzuddin Sidiqui who is so versatile that he can be cast in any role and be apt in it.
If being genetically gifted gives an edge to the intrinsic talent an actor possesses, the examples of Fahadh, Salmaan, Vineeth and Prithviraj are enough to prove the assumption right. Vineeth, son of the enormously talented actor, screenwriter and director Srinivasan is currently known for his own merits. He is a multitalented mechanical engineer who followed in the footsteps of his father and is now recognized as much for the natural gift for acting he has inherited from his father as for the additional assets he possesses as a playback singer. Vineeth is a promising screenwriter and director as well.
Prithviraj is the son of one of the more respected actors of Malayalam cinema. Prithvi grew up in a healthy film environment watching his father Sukumaran, mother Mallika and brother Indrajit don the greasepaint and become the characters they were playing before the cameras. The premature death of his father following a massive heart
attack at the age of 49 devastated the family and Prithvi followed his brother to the studios to become an actor even before he entered his teens. Prithviraj  has the additional asset of a great voice for playback singing. Quite like his father who was a professor of English before he stepped into the film world, Prithvi speaks English with
admirable command.

Kamal Haasan has been pushed to the wall: Ramesh Arvind

controversy surrounding release of "Vishwaroopam" would be sorted out amicably.

"I am really pained by statement made by Kamal that he might seek a secular place in the country or overseas to live as Tamil Nadu does not want him. I can understand the pain
that Kamal is going through to speak like this. He is really being pushed to the wall. I really hope the issue is resolved amicably", Arvind who had acted with him in a couple of films
told PTI.

"Kamal is a thespian who is an inspiration to a generation of actors including me. He has done pathbreaking films and to see him undergo this, really hurts", said Arvind who has not

Kamal Haasan's Technician Wins Oscar!

Jeethu Joseph to direct Kamal Haasan in PK's Tamil remake?

It had been reported that Kamal Haasan is planning to make the Tamil version of Aamir Khan's blockbuster PK.

Haasan has been approached by a prominent banner for the film.

According to sources, Malayalam director Jeethu Joseph, who has just wrapped up Papanasam with Haasan, has been approached to direct it.

Papanasam is the Tamil version of Drishyam, Malayalam cinema’s biggest grossing film ever.

"Uthama Villain" is scheduled to take place on 1 March 2015 at Nandambakkam Trade Centre in Chennai.

Reports are also that the audio launch will have special traditional Attakalari dance performance to enthral the audience.

Talking about the music, which is composed by Gibran, audience have already got a glimpse of its magnificence through the trailer, which was released are earlier. He has reportedly composed five songs, two dialogue stories and nearly seven original sound tracks, out of which most of the songs are sung by Kamal Haasan.

"Uthama Villain" is directed by actor and filmmaker Ramesh Arvind, while Kamal Haasan has taken care of story, screenplay and dialogues.

The film's cast include Urvashi, Andreah Jeremiah, K Viswanath, Pooja Kumar, Nasser, Jayaram, MS Bhaskar and Parvathi Menon. The film also has legendary filmmaker K Balachander in a special appearance.

"Uthama Villain" is scheduled to hit screens on 2 April.

Uthama Villain music launch on March 1

Sandalwood actor-director Ramesh Aravind, who is awaiting the release of his upcoming directorial — the Kamal Haasan starrer Uthama Villain — has been telling his fans and friends that the music launch of the film will be on March 1.

Though Ramesh has not confirmed anything himself, he has been retweeting messages that say that the audio launch of Uthama Villain will be held on March 2 at the Chennai Trade Centre. So, it does after all look like Kamal Haasan's next will reveal its songs on the first day of the next month.

Considering the film stars popular names such as Kamal Haasan, Urvashi, Andrea Jeremiah, Pooja Kumar and Parvathy Nair among others, we wonder if everyone will be attending the launch or if only a few of them will be present.

Kamal unlikely to consider PK remake

Buzz is that Drishyam director Jeethu has been approached for the Tamil version. Tamil superstar Kamal Haasan, who has been in the news of late be cause of speculations that he might play the role of the protagonist in the Tamil remake of the Hindi blockbuster PK, is unlikely to take it up.
A source close to the actor told us that Kamal is not even considering the remake of PK in Tamil for various reasons. "Firstly, he has not even watched the entire length of PK because he is too busy finalising the promotions of Uttama Villain (which releases on April 2 worldwide). Also, he has to work on the release of his other pending projects (Papanasam and Viswaroopam 2). He is completely tied up and has no time for a remake project at this juncture," a source from Chennai told us.

The rumour that Kamal might reprise the role of Aamir Khan in the Tamil version arose because Gemini Film Circuit had produced the Tamil version of Hindi film director Rajkumar Hirani's other hit movie Munnabhai MBBS with Kamal (Vasoolraja MBBS). "Gemini Film Circuit has produced Tamil versions of Hirani's movies (apart from Munnabhai MBBS, 3 Idiots was made as Nanban). They had a routine meeting with Kamal recently and somehow that was misconstrued as discussion relating to the remake of PK in Tamil," the source told us. It is reliably learnt that Kamal is expected to undertake a worldwide tour for the promotion of Kannada actor Ramesh aravind directed Uttama Villain soon.

Incidentally, Telugu star Pawan Kalyan too had turned down an offer to take up the remake of PK in Telugu and now Kamal is following suit. Meanwhile, reports in Malayalam media say Drishyam director Jeethu Jospeh has been approached by a big production house to do the remake in Tamil. But when asked if he has plans to do the film with K amal in the lead, the ace director chose not to comment.

Kamal Haasan was the first actor to get paid Rs. 1 crore

‘Five women’ from Ulaganayagan’s life.

Ulaganayagan has quipped that he cannot forget five women, ever in his life. Here they are,

his mothersistercompanionand daughters (Shruthi Haasan and Akshara Haasan).

Answering to random questions in a weekly Tamil paper, he revealed these to Andrea Jeremiah.

When K.V.Anand quizzed him on what he thinks will become of futuristic cinema, he revealed that,

“In the next 50 years, movies would be aired as 10-15 minute capsules thrice a day. Virtual love, virtual fight and virtual death may become possible.”

He is referred to as Ulaganayagan for a reason, isn’t it folks? and looks like he lives up to it everyday.

Kamal Haasan remembers Ramanaidu

Actor-filmmaker Kamal Haasan feels visionary producer D Ramanaidu, who lost his battle to cancer Wednesday, should be truly considered a national producer and not restricted to one industry. Ramanaidu, 79, had produced over 130 films in 13 Indian languages.

"It'd be unjust to introduce Ramanaidu saab to another generation as a Telugu, Tamil or Hindi producer. He's truly a national producer," Kamal said in a video message.
"Ramanaidu saab came from Vijaya-Vahani studios. He ran big productions for them. He's probably the only producer I know who has produced films in so many languages," he added. Kamal said Ramanaidu left a legacy which can't be filled easily.

I’m deeply honoured to be working with Kamal sir, states Pooja Kumar.

Pooja Kumar who was last seen in ‘Viswaroopam‘ reveals that she’s more of a fan of Kamal rather than a co-actor. Here’s what she revealed about our Ulaganayagan, “He’s so humble and welcoming to everybody. I could see in his eyes the excitement about what he does in cinema and that sort of inspired me to strive for excellence”.

She also added that, “It was challenging in a different regard. I’m just a newcomer and to perform alongside a legend that has spent over five decades in cinema was quite nerve-wracking. The bigger challenge was to actually develop a relationship and act alongside with him especially when it comes to bringing out the chemistry between us,When I saw what he was doing, I felt motivated to prove my work. The fan in me automatically was replaced by the character I had essayed. Also, I was not just seeing the actor Kamal Haasan to get swayed as a fan. I was also seeing him as director, producer and so many other roles he takes up on sets,”

When quizzed about ‘Uttama Villain‘ here’s more of what she revealed,

“In ‘Uttama Villain’, I play a character from a different era. I play a non-Tamil-speaking modern-day actress, who speaks chaste Tamil. The role also gave me an opportunity to do three different dance set-pieces – a commercial number, another one set in an earlier period and then, dance choreography as part of a stage play.It was challenging to do all these in a single film. I’m a trained dancer, and when I couldn’t get an opportunity to showcase my talent in ‘Vishwaroopam’, I was upset. But my role in ‘Uttama Villain’ had a lot of dancing to do,”

Pooja concluded saying that, she’s looking forward to the release of ‘Uttama Villain’‘Uttama Villain‘ stars Pooja Kumar, Andrea Jeremiah, Parvathi Menon, Parvathy Nair, Jayaram and Urvashi in important roles.

Gautami is back

Gautami, the talented life partner of Kamal Haasan who has previously been in scores of films in Tamil, Telugu, Malyalam and Hindi, is back with the Tamil-Hindi film Papanasam a remake of the Malyalam Drishyam.
Gautami had last appeared in sasanamam (2006) and was also seen in several Hindi films like Pyar Hua Chori Chori and Trimurti. About Gautami’s decision to return with this film Kamal Haasan says, “It’s a family subject and Gautami liked it. We’ve already completed 50 per cent of the film.” He says Papanasam is a parable of our times. “This film shows what it takes  for a simple family man  I play a cable operator to break the law when pushed into a corner.”

What KH said on Ramanaidu's death

Kamal Haasan: Calling him a Telugu producer would be very wrong as he was more of a national producer. Today many producers are making attempts to produce films in every language. But at times when not many ventured into film production of other languages, he was probably one of the only producers to explore such arenas. His loss is a great void to Indian cinema. He has left us a legacy, that I feel, will be carried out by his family members.

Kamal Haasan's Unique Idea For 'Uthama Villain'

Kamal Haasan is ready to entertain the audience with his upcoming movie 'Uthama Villain'. According to the reports, this film will be released on April 2, 2015 and the makers are planning to release the audio in the month of March 2015.

Kamal will be seen as an actor in this film and since the script is related to a ‘Villain’, this ‘Dasavatharam’ actor decided to invite all the popular villains of Tamil Cinema to the audio event and felicitate then for their services to the cinema.

Kamal Haasan Pay Tribute to Late Ramanaidu

Many celebs from the Indian entertainment industry have paid their tributes to legendary film-maker Daggubati Ramanaidu, who passed away on Wednesday, 18 February after a long battle with cancer.

Ramanaidu holds the Guinness Book of World Records for producing most number of films by an individual. He has produced more than 150 films in 13 languages.

Various celebs from south Indian film industry including Kamal Haasan, Asin, Ram Pothineni, Sanjjanaa Galrani, Taapsee Pannu, Trisha Krishnan, Priyamani and Vimala Raman among others have expressed their condolences.

Nawazuddin has coached Kamal Haasan

Nawazuddin Siddiqui may have been on his first trip to Bengaluru with this promotion, but the actor says that he loves south Indian cinema. My favourite actor is Kamal Haasan. I watch all his films. I have worked with him when I did a small role in Hey Ram. In fact, I was his dialogue coach during Abhay. He is a complete perfectionist. He would ensure he got every bit of his dialogues right while shooting. I would stand below the camera on a stool and prompt him, so that he would never miss a single cue," recalls Nawaz.

Kamal Haasan: Daggubati Ramanaidu was truly a national filmmaker; it'd be unjust to introduce him as a Hindi, Tamil or Telugu producer

Actor-filmmaker Kamal Haasan feels visionary producer D. Ramanaidu, who lost his battle to cancer Wednesday, should be truly considered a national producer and not restricted to one industry.
Ramanaidu, 79, had produced over 130 films in 13 Indian languages.
"It would be unjust to introduce Ramanaidu saab to another generation as a Telugu, Tamil or Hindi producer. He's much more than that. He's truly a national producer," Kamal said in a video message.
"India as a largest filmmaking country has its strength but the strongest point about south India, especially Chennai, is that the national cinema sprang from here. It is not in the north you found national cinema. It was not in Kolkata or Mumbai, but it was here," he added.
He went on to add that he was probably the only producer "who produced films in many languages".
"Ramanaidu saab came from Vijaya-Vahani studios. He ran big productions for them. The beginning of his career started with super successes and it continue throughout. He's probably the only producer I know who has produced films in so many languages," he added.

Kamal Haasan is like a magician: Pooja

Pooja Kumar, who was last seen alongside Kamal Haasan in Vishwaroopam, has gone on to act with him in Vishwaroopam 2 and Uttama Villain as well. The US-born actress says she would love to work with the legendary Tamil actor again. In a free-wheeling chat, she opens up about life since she faced the celluloid for the first time, working with Kamal and how she transformed from being his biggest fan to his heroine.
You are extremely lucky to have worked in three back-to-back films with Kamal Haasan. Not many get such rare chances...
There are no words to describe the experience because it's something every actoractress dreams about working with someone of his calibre.I'm deeply honoured to have made it to this exclusive club of legends such as Sridevi, Jayaprada and Gauthami who've shared screen space with Kamal Haasan more than once. And all this wouldn't have happened without luck. I would love to do more films with him and any opportunity I get would be amazing.
Can you recall your first face-to-face first meeting with Kamal Haasan?
The first meeting was on Skype, and the second one was when I actually arrived in Chennai to meet him on the sets when they were shooting some intense action sequences. He was in this getup which I've never seen before. I was wondering why he was dressed up like that because there were so many rumours about the film being inspired from Silence of the Lambs, and Kamal playing the character Hannibal Lecter. It was only after I met him that I realised the film was so different. As we started talking, I learnt how humble and welcoming he was to everybody. I could see in his eyes the excitement about what he does in cinema and that sort of inspired me to strive for excellence. I've always believed that you should love what you do and give it everything.
The first day of the shoot must've been exhilarating...
If you recall the film, the opening scene where I'm discussing with the psychologist was my first shot. I had just arrived from New York, and I had paragraphs of dialogues. I was very nervous because I was new and I didn't know anybody out there. I hardly had any time to rehearse after I was selected for the role. I somehow just went straight into shooting and was contemplating the moment I was experiencing with Kamal, but at the same time I didn't quite know what I should be feeling thanks to the mixed emotions. I was really looking forward to working with Kamal, but on that very first day things didn't go the way I had planned. But in the end, everything had ended well and I regained my confidence.
You did your first Tamil film Kadhal Rojavae more than a decade ago. Why didn't you continue acting?
I was just a school girl when I worked in my first film. I was born into a family of doctors and engineers, and my folks were very particular that I complete my education. So, I went abroad and finished my education and spent the rest of the time in acting, learning dance, and finally, when an opportunity presented itself I grabbed it.Rest is history!
How does it feel to have made your comeback of sorts with Vishwaroopam?
It was great because personally I've seen the Tamil industry grow and change on a global level even though I was in the US. Rajinikanth sir is a celebrated star across the globe and Tamil films are doing great business abroad. All this made coming back to the industry so exciting for me and I really enjoy working here.
From a fan of Kamal Haasan to his heroine, how challenging was the transition?
It was challenging in a different regard. I'm just a newcomer and to perform alongside a legend that has spent over five decades in cinema was quite nerve-wracking. The bigger challenge was to actually develop a relationship and act alongside with him especially when it comes to bringing out the chemistry between us. But then I saw what he was doing and I felt motivated to prove my work. The fan in me automatically was replaced by the character I had essayed. Also, I was not just seeing the actor Kamal Haasan to get swayed as a fan. I was also seeing him as director, producer and so many other roles he takes up on sets.
How different are your roles in Vishwaroopam 2 and Uttama Villain?
Both are very different and challenging. In Vishwaroopam 2, I've done my own stunts - there's one scene where Kamal and I defuse bombs and engage in a gun battle -all underwater. I don't think any Indian actress has done her own under water stunts.I've kind of become a pioneer in that and that's something different I bring to the table. In Uttama Villain, I play a character from a different era. I play a non-Tamil speaking modern-day actress, who speaks chaste Tamil. The role also gave me an opportunity to do three different dance set-pieces -a commercial number, another one set in an earlier period and then, a dance choreography as part of a stage play. It was challenging to do all these in a single film. I'm a trained dancer, and when I couldn't get an opportunity to showcase my talent in Vishwaroopam, I was upset. But my role in Uttama Villain had a lot of dancing to do.
Having worked with Kamal Haasan, you've seen him act, direct, dance and don so many other hats.Which role does he play the best?
One quality that really impresses me about Kamal Haasan is his ability to find a balance between all that he does. He's like a magician and you want to see every act he has for us. You really can't pick a best one. I think what he has given to cinema and the industry as an individual is much more than what he's achieved in any particular role.
You've also worked with Andrea Jeremiah in three films. How's been your relationship with her?
I think she's wonderful and a very talented actor. Andrea and I got along really well and it was great to work with her. We spent a lot of time bonding off the sets, and had it not been for her, I would've had great difficulty with my dialogues. Poor thing, she'd always be ready to help me whenever I reached out to her. Although Kamal would explain the scenes and dialogues, it was Andrea who'd help me memorise my lines.
How much have you changed as a person or an actor since Vishwaroopam?
I've changed a great deal. You know the good thing about acting is that it keeps changing. What worked for you as an actor yesterday may not work tomorrow. And the experience of being an actor changes you so much because you're playing different characters in each film.
You're in your late 30s now. Do you think your age might hamper your opportunities as most contemporary heroines are in their twenties?
I feel age has nothing to do with acting. Even Sridevi and Hema Malini are still acting, aren't they? I think I still have about 30 years to go before I have to worry about age. I think for any actor what matters is the journey in an industry.
You have a degree in poli tics and finance, you've produced short films, you've acted, you've dabbled in politics and have also done some dancing. How did you manage to do so many different things because most heroines only have time for acting?
(Laughs) People like Nandita Das and Shabana Azmi inspire me. They're actors who are also actively involved in social causes among other things.I don't want to be greedy about doing 100 films. I want to experience life and bring all that into my acting.

Kamal not intrested in PK

Remember the man with a shrill voice and the music director who gave birth to a new wave in the early 90s through RGV and films such as Little Soldiers, Sindhooram. You're getting there and yes, it is Sri. Apparently, the Jagamantha Kutumbam Naade track singer is a critical condition after being admitted to a private hospital recently. A movie portal has gone on to the extent of stating that he's 'battling for life'.
Son of late veteran composer Chakravarthy, Sri has been media shy since his initial steps towards composing. He recently had made a successful comeback of sorts with Chandrasekhar Yeleti's Saahasam. His other films in the recent years include the likes of Aadu Magadura Bujji and Chandamama Lo Amrutham, both of which failed to make an impression. CineGoer.net wishes him a speedy recovery
