The audio of Kamal Haasan's Uttama Villain, which
will be the first of three recent films that the star has completed shooting
for, is very likely to be launched in the US. Rumours doing the rounds in the
industry strongly suggest that the team is contemplating the launch there.
However, when Times of India got in touch with producer Subhas Chandra Bose and asked him about the launch, he said, "Nothing has been finalized as of now. We are awaiting the return of Kamal sir who has gone to the US for sound mixing. We have not decided where the launch will take place. We expect a lot of artists to participate in the function and therefore, no decision can be taken without conferring with Kamal sir. We will make that decision soon."
When asked when the film would release, he said, "We intend to release the film in February and the audio launch is likely to take place by the second week of January."
